Installation – by a specialist partner

If required, you can have the limescale protection device installed by one of our regional specialist partners.
The procedure is as follows:

1st order received

Thank you for choosing a limescale protection device from Tratson.
You are improving your drinking water quality and protecting the environment at the same time.

The limescale protection device will be sent to you by A Mail a few days after your order.

2. send photos

In order to optimally prepare the installation and enable the most efficient installation possible, we would be grateful if you could send us 2-3 photos of the domestic water connection and the subsequent water distribution.

3. contacting by specialist partners

Once the installation has been prepared, you will be contacted directly by the regional specialist partner to arrange a suitable date for the installation.

4. installation and commissioning

The specialist partner will arrive at your home on the agreed date to carry out the installation.
On average, an installation including
commissioning takes approx. 90 minutes.
After commissioning, the green and blue LEDs on the appliance will light up and indicate that the appliance is working properly.

Your home is now effectively protected against limescale deposits by the Tratson limescale protection device.
